Burger King - Laredo

The manager is very rudeand racist .never came back again

They need to fix their speaker because it’s annoying when having to be repeating for a 3rd time and also they need to stop talking over us.

I am deaf I went to burger king at San Bernardo Laredo and I was trying to order for my son and me and the lady that took my order did not understand I was deaf I gave her a paper to write what I need but she was not helping me but there was another lady with a black button shirt and I think blond hair she has a hat I couldnt see it and she was looking at us trying to see what was the problem and she saw my son making signs to talk to me and she came over and wrote on the paper do you sign in English I said yes she said I know sign language but only in English I can take your order. She took my order she used the paper to right and and signing and made sure I looked at her lips when she talked and I could tell she was talking slowlyer to help me I asked her how she knew signing she said she learned in school you should. Have more people like that can see that some of us are different and not all can hear or see think she was a manager her name was heather I will come back since she made me feel good that she can understand me I want someone to know she helped me out when others never try I still understand but in other way gracias heather muy Bien Ella may God love you

Lady taking orders at drive thru doesn't listen. I placed an order and to my disappointment when I got home, SHE TOOK THE ORDER WRONG. I ended up with a stomach problem. I'll never go back to that Burger King on San Bernardo.

I had a issue with my food and they dont even answer the phone what a customer service they provide. I have never gotten my food as burned as of today.
