Cicis Pizza - Laredo

I am a pizza girl and I always visit Gainesville tx cicis pizza ? but this in laredo Texas it?s the worst pizza place !! Cold pizza , soup taste like been there for a long time chairs need maintenance the one I was sitting it was broken.

Took a while to find a table to sit which is understandable because it was very crowded, but when we were finally able to find a table my daughter wanted to play in the arcade area so i got up to go pay for some tokens. In only 2 minutes or LESS they had given our table to someone else?! I had the plates full of pizza, our drinks still full, and the 5 piece wings were still completely full i did not get to eat even one of the wings that i payed for, also 5 wings for $8?? Same price as the buffet. When i let someone know they just ingored me and said they didnt know. It was frustrating but i rather leave as the place was overwhelming. If you had to come to this place do it when its empty because the staff turns incompetent when there's a lot of people. $40 down the drain because the staff cant use context clues of a full table and arent able to fix the issue.

Wonderful hospitality displayed by Sabrina. Definitely seems like manager material with her smooth service to customers. Clean restaurant, great atmosphere. Food cooked well.

I went with my nephews to grab a bite of pizza. Loved the pizza selections and the service! Great games by the way!

We visited on a busy Saturday evening. There was plenty of pizza variety and I loved the salad bar. Desserts are unique since some are made using pizza dough. The staff is quite friendly and will prepare a specialty pizza if you can't find anything you like. If you're having lunch on the weekend, I suggest going either early, before 2pm or way past lunch so its not overcrowded.
