Hungry Howie's Pizza - Laredo

I'm really obsessed with this pizza! I just wish I weren't on a diet.

The pizza was tasty, but there was no benefit to ordering in advance since I still had to wait. The most frustrating part is that I placed my order several hours ahead of time for that very reason. Shaking my head!

I will never return to this restaurant. The manager lacks basic customer service skills and was quite hostile. Additionally, the staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu. Thank you, manager, for the experience, but I won’t be ordering from you again. Good luck with your restaurant!

Delicious food, lunch specials, good salads for a healthy option. They have subs, wings, stuffed cheese bread, and rolls in addition to pizza. Various flavored crusts are a plus. I went during the week around 2 p.m. and it was a bit of a wait, so recommend to order ahead.

I love hungry howie's. It is my favorite pizza place!!! But.....not this one. I had a party and order pizzas, everything was fine until I sent the pizzas on the counter.....after an hour, we started seeing tiny ants in the jalepeno bread!!!! It was so, so, so, so gross. Threw all of the pizza away. I thought it was my place but I have been living here for almost two years and never have had any ants. I am very clean and so I cleaned up the ants and pizza and then tested the next day. I left food out on the counter, open where the ants were seen and some candy. Left it there for 48 hours. No ants were seen. The only conclusion, it came from the pizza. SO GROSS. I'm never going to this particular hungry howie's ever, ever, ever again.
