Contribuisci feedbackI didn't know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the family meal with chow mein, fried rice, broccoli beef, honey shrimp and orange chicken. All ingredients were fresh and tasted great. We fed a family of 4. Thanks to Ronaldo for excellent service. Will definitely return. Great job Panda!!
Really tasty Chinese-American fast food! One meal, which is around $10 with a soda, will get you full. The place itself is also really pretty and comfortable if you would like to dine in. Costumer service could improve. Overall 4/5 stars experience.
I am a frequent customer. I had a very unfortunate encounter at the drive-thru. I finished placing my order and as usual I got asked if I wanted to donate to the Children 's Hospital. My answer that night was, not today. When I drive up to the window I make my payment and another employee comes up to the window and says with attitude, Sir, do you want to round-up to donate to the children 's hospital It was the first time someone had to ask me a second time. I blew it off and said, not today. As the employee is closing the window, she says loud enough for me to hear, WOW!!! NOT EVEN 49 CENTS!! I said, excuse me? Is there a problem? Is donating each time mandatory? I called a manager on the phone and explained the situation. I was mostly disappointed in the unprofessionalism and self-righteous attitude that was coming from the employee. It can turn people off. He was very understanding and apologetic. He said he was going to bring the situation up at a meeting because it was not the first time something like that had happened. NOT THE FIRST TIME. Today, I went inside the restaurant, no longer feeling comfortable to go through the drive-thru. I get kindly treated by one of the servers. I take my plate to go, as I finish filling up my fountain drink. Three of the employees are whispering in their ear, looking right at me, and one of them pointing their finger. (One of the employees was the one present when I made my order that night in the drive thru. I immediately noticed when I walked in but I was already trying to avoid her. Feeling uncomfortable, I ask. Is there a problem? They blush, they get nervous, and quickly went somewhere else. One of the employees said, no sir, there ' no problem. I get in my car but decide to talk to the manager to let them know of what 's been going on. I politely ask if we could talk on the side. The manager is already a ware of who I am. She does not apologize on their behalf and defends their behavior saying, our employees are trained to stay vigilant and remain observant of everyone. You have no way of knowing if they were talking about you. As per the donations, it 's their job. They are doing their job. The manager enabled that behavior. And when behavior is enabled the employees will feel empowered to keep treating customers with disrespect. There is a lack of professionalism happening at this restaurant and there needs to be some retraining so that the employees don 't find themselves in these socially unaware situations. I would not recommend coming here until this is addressed.
This place is horrible worst customer service drive thru employees very rude has an attitude every time i go in the drive thru if your gonna go to Panda Express in Laredo Texas go to the Clark in bob bullock loop instead !
Veggie roll not fully cooked still raw only outside barely brown and even veggies all raw . Noodles still hard not soft enough and tasteless. Chicken breast bites still has taste of raw not left enough cooked to be cooked...
