Peter Piper Pizza - Laredo

Terrible experience... I went in to order a large pepperoni and jalapeño pizza with wings to take out. I waited about 25 minutes, and my order still wasn’t ready. After waiting another 15 minutes, I asked how much longer it would take, only to find out they hadn’t even placed my order! They seemed bewildered, as if they expected the food to just appear. They finally placed the order but didn’t apologize or even reassure me that it would be ready soon, despite the fact that the restaurant was nearly empty. When I finally received my order, I noticed they had made my pizza half jalapeños and half pepperoni, which I never requested. The wings also looked very unappetizing. Throughout this entire ordeal, they never offered an apology. I considered speaking to the manager, but I just wanted to leave. I’m from out of town on business and just wanted some pizza before heading back to my hotel. Suffice it to say, I won’t be returning.

Fantastic service, mouthwatering pizza, and wings. This is the perfect spot to take your kids for a couple of hours of fun!

I made a quick stop to take my daughter for a personal pizza and some gaming fun. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the game room attendant assisted us immediately. Overall, it was a really positive experience!

Probably one of the best things ever. One of the staff had made my day, he told me it was never a fun place and cleaning the confetti by hand is not worth 9 dollar pay, I enjoyed his energy and was a fun place for passing time giving our prizes out to others

Peter pipers should check their pizzas if they are cooking them correctly my family got the stomach virus from that pizza!
