Pizza Hut - Laredo

It's been a while since I had Pizza Hut, and I wasn't disappointed. The manager and her staff were fantastic!

The staff was polite and attentive. The food was really well prepared. The soda was delicious, and the new Brooklyn-style pizza was even better than the hand-tossed option.

Usually, whenever I go to this particular location, I get great service receive what I order. However, this past Tuesday, I went ordered the usual pizza I get requested extra toppings paid for them. When I got home, the pizza was NOT what I Usually get, scant toppings, a bit undercooked, unacceptable.

The crust on the bottom was soft and squishy. I've ordered this type of pizza maybe 20 times with extra cheese and multiple toppings and specifically asked it to be well done, according to them it was put in another 8 minutes. They took no responsibility and it was my fault apparently. Even with minimal toppings I've noticed the bottom crust being a nice darker brown and having some crunch to it without having to order the thin crust, this was just poorly done and they were completely useless on the phone unable to take any responsibility for it. I think the photos speak for themselves. Clearly this was not put in an extra 8 minutes or properly cooked especially on the bottom crust. If I had not asked for it to be well done this would still be under done. I am seriously angry about this as you see it went in the garbage after i barely finished one slice and that was a 40 USD dollar pizza.

Pizza was cooked well and tasty the wings look good. The online tracker is dumb though, since it said it was out for delivery almost 25 minutes before it got the point 2 miles to my hotel. They left out my garlic sauce that I paid a dollar for, so 4 stars. Had to fix my review to 5 stars. I know it's dumb to get mad about a little tub of sauce like Garlic but it turns out it was in the bottom of the plastic bag that only had the 2 liter in it and underneath the bottle, so it was like impossible to find. So they did NOT forget my sauce. Sorry guys!
