Pizza Hut - Laredo

The pizza and service at this location were excellent. However, I had a disappointing experience when I called to place an order. On January 28, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., the woman who answered the phone had a condescending and rude attitude. She even raised her voice when I asked her to repeat herself. When I picked up my order, I inquired about who had taken my call and received the same response I mentioned earlier. I wish I had recorded the call to file a more detailed complaint about her behavior.

Terrible, terrible service from the cashier/waitress. At 2:45 PM on September 11, 2022, if they had just asked us if we needed anything else or checked back on us, it would have made a huge difference. My group was the only customers there and we weren't in a hurry, yet our order was still wrong. I ordered a Pepperoni Lover's pizza, and there were only three pieces of pepperoni on it, with very little cheese, and the pizza was soggy. It's unbelievable that the staff would let such poor performance affect their job. I had to get up three times to ask for items that were missing from our order. They urgently need training on how to treat customers and improve their service.

I absolutely loved my pizza! It had delicious paprika and mushrooms, and the stuffed crust was fantastic. I highly recommend it! Plus, it arrived in just 45 minutes.

Love pizza from this place. Plus service was friendly and attentive.

Don't order online delivery! My grandma had her card cloned and, the person who did was trying to buy stuff from Florida! I wouldn't trust ordering delivery from this Pizza hut...
