Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Laredo

Placed an order of all white got dark asked for mashed potatoes gravy on side got it full of gravy. Team very untrained managers cant do thier job and train staff to tell the difference between white and dark meat. Very bad service. I loved Popeyes chicken but these people ruined it for me. No receipt was even given .

Popeyes is always good. That goes without saying. I'm not sure if this problem is widespread or just at this Popeyes. The food was good and warm and fresh. Only thing is, for the sides there was barely any. I ordered the family meal with large sides. In the pictures attached, you can see these sides don't look very large. They're in a small cup barely packed in. Is this a new normal? I was only at Popeyes a few weeks ago and the large sides were actually large. 2 stars for good food and fresh and warm serving. Minus 3 because I ordered 3 large sides and get 3 small sides.

I usually stop by around 1:20pm and they are fast and furious! I?ve never gotten to this location and had to wait for my food. I order the spicy tenders, always fresh always perfect. Keep up the great work !

I never get Popeyes and when I do I make sure to order their fries because they are the freaking bomb but today I didn?t get my fries so now I?m left with an empty space in my stomach of where them fries are suppose to be at! Sad. :
