Sonic Drive-in - Laredo

Terrible, terrible service! I placed an order through the mobile app at 9:40 PM. I arrived at Sonic just eight minutes later and let them know I was there to pick up my order. An entire hour went by, and by 10:40 PM, I still hadn’t received anything. I got out of my car, knocked on the glass door, and a manager came out to inform me that there were technical difficulties affecting all the orders, but no one had bothered to explain that to me before. I told the manager that I either wanted my food or a refund. After waiting another ten minutes and repeatedly pressing the little red button, an employee told me they were still working on my order. When I asked for a refund, she said I couldn’t receive cash back because I had paid through the mobile app. I asked to speak to the manager again, and he told me my order had been voided and I would receive a refund in two days—no compensation for the hour I spent waiting. I will never return to this Sonic again! They clearly don’t know how to manage a high volume of traffic.

The food arrived promptly and my order was accurate. The dishes were enjoyable, but the dessert fell short. I ordered a brownie batter shake, but it just tasted like coffee.

We waited in line for forty-five minutes to get four slushies, but ultimately decided to leave. The people behind us were served while we were overlooked. The service was very slow, and it was frustrating to be skipped over. I won’t be coming back. This happened at the International location.

The order they gave me was wrong, ordered a cheese burger no pickles and no onion, large teats with cheese and half iced tea and lemon with additional spices, sugar. They gave me the notes without chesse, burgers with onion and no spices. I asked the lady about the condiments she never came back, asking the dead and the burger, and again false order, this time they have me small notes with cheese and the burger with pimples. do not sound back.
