Contribuisci feedbackI have it 3 stars not because of the food, but how the service was, which seemed on the way through the window they did not even want to be there. I have worked in a customer atmosphere where customers should be revived at least with a smile! here demeanor wasn't inviting at all: apart from eating that was excellent I order 4 piratas and they were delicious my man and I loved her.
Large tasting eating total, but unfortunately their crispy tacos were anything but crispy. I guess they don't empty the picadillo enough because, as my daughter and I took our tacos to take a bite that fell meat out of the floor. that was quite disappointing. another thing, and I suppose it's not a big thing, but they didn't cut my man's super-quadilla so it's a bit difficult to eat.
Mostly good, convenient, some days when they are busy the quality drops.
Its not a long wait in the drive thru but the tacos were half filled .... usually 1 taco can be made into 2 with the extra tortilla but recently the tacos arent filled the same and u end up paying more.... UPDATE: I Received a call after 7pm on April 18th but missed it and have called and emailed back but no answer just a voicemail where i have left my information. update: received a code and now im at the restaurant feeling like im doing wrong....the manager and the whole staff looked at me like why do i get free food and im waiting til this coupon code is verified. im grateful for the hospitality but some work needs to be done on communication between management. Also, the drink machine was out of all flavors except coke and pibb. I'll stick to the San Bernardo location atleast if they get things wrong its because of the high customer count.
I ordered a parrillada for 4 and the pico de gallo I was served had spoiled tomatoes. Also the guacamole I was served was already black. Check your order before you leave.
