Firehouse Subs - Largo

After I filled out the survey they sent to my email, Janette personally called me to apologize and offered me a large sub of my choice! She was so friendly and wonderful to talk to. I've always been pleased with their food and service, but Janette's professional and courteous response, along with her prompt call offering an apology and a complimentary sub, truly stood out to me. It’s a level of customer service that is hard to find these days. Thank you, Firehouse, for continuously providing outstanding service!

Went here yesterday for lunch. My first time trying Firehouse subs. The staff was friendly and the young lady bagging my food was so nice. I think shes got to be a manager there or something. Her name tag said Krystal I think. Super nice! I will definitely be back.

Firehouse is a national chain of hot sandwich shops. Their theme is fire department related and they give a percentage of their sales to public safety. I have visited this location many times. It's never too busy and is usually pretty clean. Although on a recent visit it was raining and the ceiling was dripping. They serve hot sandwiches that are freshly prepared after you order. I generally get a club sandwich, but have had a Pastrami and it's good too. My wife enjoys the turkey sandwich. Also, if you like Lime Aid, give there Cherry Lime Aid a try. Good, hot sandwiches at the average price of $7 $8.

I visited this restaurant last night, and despite being quite busy, the staff warmly greeted everyone who came through the door. After placing my order, I had to wait for a little while, which was perfectly okay. When I picked up my order, the lady informed me that she had treated me to a complimentary item because of the wait. I really appreciate the attentive service from the staff! Even on a busy Sunday evening, they maintained a cheerful atmosphere, even dancing while handling orders. I will definitely be returning to this location!

When I placed my order, I requested that the staff change their gloves due to my allergy. The manager—though I wish I had caught her name—was incredibly attentive. She ensured that everything was sanitized, and all the staff members in line changed their gloves. They even replaced the paper on the foil in the oven. I'm not sure if this level of care is standard at every Firehouse Subs, but I certainly appreciated it. Not only did I enjoy my sandwich, but I also felt safe eating there and didn’t have any adverse reactions. It means a lot to me to have a place where I can dine out without worry. I will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you all for your exceptional service!
