Mcdonald's - Largo

I pass by this McDonald's frequently, and having worked in hospitality for 40 years, I have a good sense of what to expect. The daytime crew is fantastic and efficient. However, the night team leaves much to be desired. They often lack smiles and seem unkind; at times, they look miserable and as if they don’t want to be there. I've also had issues with my order being incorrect, and when I requested an additional item, it wasn’t included either. If they aren’t happy with their jobs and aren't attentive to customers, I really wonder why they’re working in this environment at all.

The food was not cooked properly! I didn’t feel well after eating some of it until I realized it was undercooked. Shaking my head. This happened today, September 6, 2022, around midnight.

We have been visiting this restaurant for about 8 years, and our experiences have always been fast, accurate, and friendly. Unfortunately, we don't dine in due to the loitering right outside the parking area, which makes us feel a bit unsafe. However, the staff consistently goes above and beyond in the drive-thru. Thank you for being our top choice for nuggets and fries! We really appreciate your team!

Through the drive through, 25 minutes until I got my food, somehow upset because I wanted to get a drink first, but I was there so long, I decided to make that wait worth it. sitting in red light after I take out my eating, and a baby cockroaches crawl out between my serviettes. I wouldn't order anything here that's not sealed in a bag like nuggets. eating was hot and crispy. the rach has gone somewhere in my car, but he will die because the car is so clean that it has nothing to eat.

After waiting at counter to order and being ignored, I(female) tried to order breakfast on the device in store, but not able to order scrambled eggs on side on it. In walks a male customer and gets waited on right away at counter, so I ordered at counter after.Got a bag of food for inside dining. There were inside order food trays at the trashreceptacles , do not know who one has to know to get one,or maybe for large meals,or upon request. There was a woman cleaning tables,but the chairs were dirty. Food was good and order was fairly fast as drive-thru was busy. As I left a car was driving fast in the wrong direction in the parking lot.
