We came from CA and traveled for two days, Cattle Barons was such a pleasant surprise for hungry journey weary people. The atmosphere delivered the new Mexican taste we love. The food was amazing and beaten all our steak houses in Fresno. The green Chilean steak steak stew was so warm and tasteful and the salad bar was huge with so many salad options like pasta salads. My son had the grilled chicken Alfredo, which tasted excellent and my husband had a big juicy burger he said he would come back. The hostess took our name and number and we could wait in our car until the hostess wrote to let us know that our table was ready. The whole restaurant was very clean and well maintained. When someone who worked in the restaurant industry for over 20 years, I was really impressed by Cattle Baron's. Great job guys! We're back, don't hesitate to be disappointed.

My chicken parmigiana was amazing! The chicken was slightly scattered and had the perfect amount of salt. It wasn't too salty. The chicken was sooo moist and delicate I was very impressed. The meal was great. Service is also great and salad bar is always delicious with great options for soup.
