Grandy's - Las Cruces

We came in for breakfast and Casey took the best Care of us. She said she was the new GM and definitely seems like she was a good choice for the position. She got our food out fast and helped with suggestions to order. The food was good and everyone enjoyed themselves

We got down to order because the drive through was out of control, anyway I really wish I never went inside. The store smells terrible like gas and just old and dirty. Then while trying to order at the front counter my husband got yelled at because the only other person there was waiting in the back and they yelled at him that the other customer was first, rude anyway they literally made my guy and the first guy wait 10 minutes to order then we waited 45 minutes for our food

If I could rate lower I would. They were out of fried chicken and just about everything else. We got there at 630! Had the chicken fried steak and it was terrible.was so disappointed was really looking forward to having Grandy?s again since I was from out of town and haven?t had it in years.

Went through drive thru to order family meal and was told they do not have it. (Not park and we will make fresh or anything like that) Just we don't have it. After the third time of trying to order family meal in a month and getting told this, I decided to go in and speak to manager. He got confrontational and blamed it on chicken just arriving. Now, correct me if I'm wrong but if it just arrived, does that not mean you have it? Anyway, there is no way myself nor my crew

Always love their chicken nuggets, not chicken strips, but nuggets. Catfish is also delicious. You do need to taste their roast beef though. It is absolutely delicious. I have to admit it was quite a surprise. I did not expect it to be good at all.
