Authentic street tacos, none of that cheese business. Juan knows how to cook food and he's so kind. I chatted with him about Puerto Vallarta. The tacos were PACKED with meat and avocado with just the right amount of Cilantro and onion. No photos because we ate it so fast.

Absolutely delicious! So good that we decided to come back 2 days later before we leave New Mexico.We got their asada torta. The bread is so soft and fluffy, almost like melting in your mouth. Very lightly toasted, just enough for a little crunchy outside and soft and fluffy inside. Good portion of meat.We also got their carne El pastor taco and buche taco. First time we were here, they said we can choose up to 2 meats so we did carne El pastor and buche. The second, we just get a full (4 tacos) carne El pastor and a full order of buche.The carne el pastor taco... The spice they use is very special. It tastes with a kick of sour but very fragrant. I don't know what spice they use but all I know is I can't stop eating. The meat is not dry, and very extremely flavorful. The buche has similar spices but without the sour. Adding lime to buche definitely elevates it's flavor. Lots of meats. we went to other places ordered a family size, and the meat in that family size (good portion) is still not as many as JC tortas.Price: carne torta $8.99 tacos (4) $15.99Absolutely amazing food.
