I recently made a big order at this restaurant and found out that they forgot one item. When I returned to ask for a refund for the missing item, the cashier, a young girl, appeared irritated by my request and was reluctant to reimburse me the entire amount. It was disappointing to receive such subpar customer service. Errors can occur, but it is essential for all customer service employees to provide respectful treatment to guests. Just a friendly reminder.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was outstanding, and our food was both tasty and served quickly. We tried the Mexican omelette and the menudo, both of which were delicious. We were so hungry that we forgot to take a picture until after we finished our meal. We definitely recommend this place.
