Mine and my boyfriends favorite place to get some amazing food. Amazing people working here. A must eat food truck!
We ate here as it was adjacent to our hotel. Show Low restaurants fill up fast after 4pm so my wife had made a reservation and we had no problems. Table was just fine. I had beef fajitas which were slightly over-cooked, my wife had a beef burrito which she greatly enjoyed. I can't complain about the food at all, it was good, but there was nothing to especially distinguish it from the myriad of other Mexican restaurants I've eaten at. In and out in an hour for a reasonable price. I think our waiter was having a bad day but the service itself was fine.
This place was highly recommended by the manager at the hotel we were staying at for our 36th Wedding Anniversary. Millie is HIGHLY allergic to tomatoes and we informed our waiter of this. After waiting 40 minute to get some bean dip our food comes out and it's loaded with tomato's. They even brought out a red sauce that has tomato's in it. When confronting our waiter is was like no big deal. We left and now it's almost 9pm and no dinner. Happy Anniversary!
We were staying in Show Low for one night and needed to get dinner. After consulting Trip Advisor we chose Los Corrales. We sure made a great choice! I had the Mariscada a La Diabla and my wife had the Enchilada Los Corrales and both were fabulous. Both were served with rice and beans and of course Tortilla Chips and Salsa for starters. If I lived near Show Low, Los Corrales would be my regular go to restaurant. Highly recommend!
