Starbucks - Las Cruces

I ordered one drink and it took 26-30 minutes to receive it. there were 4-5 batistas and zero customers/ zero line. they make the better drinks compared to other locations in the area but waiting 26-30 minutes for one drink when they aren't busy is ridiculous

Best Starbucks we’ve been to yet! They made a fresh batch of blonde roast for us and then the barista who’s also the store manager taught us a lot about coffee while we waited for our coffees! She was so sweet, and kind! This is the best Starbucks in new Mexico!

They messed up my drink twice, making a Frappuccino hot the first time and then putting coffee in it the second time when it’s a drink with absolutely no coffee in it. Also the whole time they were talking more than they were working. Very disappointing for how long I waited.

They have some good drinks and some good food but the baristas are very slow. I know they were working their hardest but they only had 3 baristas! We ordered a sandwich and a pink drink and it took them 10 minutes! The baristas didn’t do anything wrong and they were kind but I think they need to add more workers.

Order was ready for online pick up, staff was nice and food is good depending on what you get
