A few years ago, I was diagnosed with celiacs, from that moment I started to make a route for restaurants in search of exploring and diversifying my possibilities. I went to places where I really went off to the scene of many people who served me completely contaminated dishes ... among the bad places I also found wonderful sites, as is the case of the sibora. the first time I had the idea of the restaurant’s situation, a beautiful village of white houses surrounded by green mountains and next to a road of artisanal cheesemaking houses. but my delight and charm came by trying their food, food that made me feel like when I was little and my grandparents took me to any Canarian restaurant, which despite serving food that may seem common is characterized by a special mime. The restaurant is very well, there is a terrace with views of fontanales. It's big and the food is fine and it's not very expensive. Many waiters work and attend very quickly. The 4 stars is because the bathroom started to notice the lack of cleaning. He's the only one but.
Spacious and comfortable restaurant, good views, better service and excellent food. a place to repeat. and on Saturday nights there is live music, what else can you ask?
Restaurant with very good homemade food, very rich pottery berries, I have been coming for years and does not lose its charm, reasonable prices.
