No conocíamos el lugar, llegamos por casualidad. La comida era excepcional, todo exquisito. Pedimos sancocho de costillas y una bandeja Paisa. Muy recomendable.
Colombian cuisine in casa leo is on the same picture of his chef doña leo and her team of black dressed women: straight, easy: what they see it s what they get and really Colombian. if you are not too hungry the arepas with...Fleisch or chiken are fantastic and will do the task to keep them happy, especially if they are prepared in a few of their home made hot sauce (not too hot, as a spicy pico de gallo.) if they are quite hungry and enjoy suppening, the sancocho is one of my favorites. now if they are hungry or just come from swimming along canteras beach training for their next triathlon, then bandeja paisa is their choice: the stone of the Colombian cuisine ticks absolutely all delicate boxes: the fridul can t tastier, avocados are fresh from the tree, the sausage juicy and the crispy chicharrones my friend will take after all the after. prices are more than reasonable, so the price-performance ratio that they receive in terms of simple, but quality and freshly prepared kitchen is really good. the service is usually fast, even at peak times (expect them queuing, but rotation is high) and yes the place is what it is, but if they want to lust, canteras is packed with them.
Canary Islands are famous for mixed culture, especially from Latin America. this bar you can enjoy the meal in Colombian style (an authentic one with Colombian cook) without looking for a flight to Colombian. there is a typical kitchen from Colombia. all very tasty,...snacks like arepas or patacones filled with huhn or kalbs meet, local flavor and delicious sauces "guacamole rule batidos are also worth trying. the prices are really nice for visitors.
