Scooter's - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

The location is great on a balcony overlooking a promenade at las canteras in the main shopping center. The staff are so friendly, the menu is interesting and they have live soccer on tv outside. But unfortunate to say my pizza was burnt underneath. I am sure had it been in for a couple of minutes less the bearnaise sauce based pizza would have been great but for me all i tasted was the charring.

This branch of Scooters, located on the top floor of Las Arenas shopping centre, has fantastic views across to the auditorium and Las Canteras beach. Spacious, comfortable seating on a large, sunny deck. We found the staff to be efficient and friendly. Our group selected a mix of pizzas and burgers. All freshly prepared, excellent portion size, quality and taste. Prices slightly in the high side for the food, drinks reasonably priced. Worth the extra cost for the location. A great choice to spend a couple of hours in the sun with a beer and a tasty meal. I'm always sceptical of themed, chain restaurants but we were all pleasantly surprised by our experience. We will return. Recommended.

Really bad service, we ordered 3 coffees and they only brought 2. We had to remind the staff twice for the third coffee which we got 15 minutes later. The staff also did not greet us. The coffee was OK and the view so that's why 2 stars. We also ordered their own beer which was all foam no beer. Maybe they shook it for us or something..

We ordered veggie burger and carbonara. Carbonara was big but too creamy, it tastes a little like food for kids. Veggie burger was served with chips (crisps) on the side, no fries or anything which is a shame because these crisps were really hard and not that tasty. Veggie burger was okay but it tasted more like vegeta spice than veggies.

Nice terass on Las Arenas shopping center with a great view. Thin and good pizza, fast service and nice stuff.
