Monterrey - Las Rozas de Madrid

We stopped by just to check it out and were pleasantly surprised. We didn’t take pics of all the food, only the veggies. We ordered the grill veggies which for some reason are hard to get in the restaurants we have been to. We ordered steaks and they were perfectly cooked. Service was also great.

My family and I shared the fried vegetables, morcilla bites and croquetas. My absolute favorite were the morcilla bites, they were so good that we had to order a second one. As a main plate, I had the solomillo (which is what I get everytime I come here) cuz it's so good! My cousin had the Sepia which was also good, but you just cant go wrong with the solomillo.

Muy rico! Very yummy! 太好吃了! We enjoyed every dish. We were wow-ed! Restuarante Monterrey did well for both Asian and Spanish dishes. As a Chinese diner, I must say the gyozas and peking duck were best in Madrid I had tried so far!! The Spanish dishes, mainly the meat, were also cooked nicely and with good flavour. Even when we were so full, the dessert was amazing. Homestyle and tasty. The apple slices were caramelized with a thin, buttery crust. For sure, we will be back!
