The food is practically very good if not the best in las tunas, treatment of owner and servers are fine , no discrimination against cuban food serve by your turn, price is reasonable, not cheap but not expansive. It worth to try. Love shrimp, pizza, cordero, espagueti , my wife also loved pork but i am not eating pork much. Drinks are good too. I honestly dont understand whats up with low reviews , aparently they try to trash this restaurant for personal vendetta.
Poor quality, raw rice and lack of hygiene in addition to the lousy treatment
We visited this restaurant, Sal y Pimienta in April 2022. Of the restaurants we enjoyed, this and Las Brazas were the best. If you are from Las Tunas, you know that there are many things to improve in the customer service sector and others, so I am not going to say that everything was perfect, but the food was delicious and the portions very generous. Our waiter was very attentive and cordial. Also, Peter, the owner, made sure to say hello and thank us for visiting, not only us but also several Cubans who were dining in and those who were coming in for take out. This was my experience. And by the way I'm Cuban.
I born in Cuba, have closed friends in the city .They ignore me and my wife living in USA for many years. But we keep ours English for USA.So they take to long to serving so I feel disappointed and discriminate so we leave that place and go to other. Not recommended , especially to cubanamericans who living in USA Meal type: Dinner
