I have ordered from this location several times and every single time they have messed up my order, whether it’s adding things I did not ask for, adding the wrong protein, completely forgetting the queso when I order chips queso, or completely forgetting things I asked EXTRA for… Don’t order from this location unless you are going to pick it up and are in the mood to deal with rude employees even though it’s their mistakes.

Always takes 10 to 30 minutes to get food for pick up or delivery drivers to get even when no one is inside. Lazy people works there.

Staff acts bothered when you ask them to CORRECTLY make your online order and take it back when there are missing and incorrect items. Has happened the last 3 times. We won't be back

This place was a mess! Novice boy completely screwed up the order, 30 minute wait inside beyond the quoted time, along with many other unhappy customers waiting. Ohhh, and one of the lemonades was pouring all the time, several flies were flying around, etc.

Love Cafe rio but this one was way slower than normal and only 2 people in front of us.... but regardless I'd wait to eat here lol! Love their burritos and house dressing!
