Del Taco - Las Vegas Strip

Had a bad experience at this location last year but my wife was craving the fries so we gave them another shot. What a difference a year makes! The food was hot and fresh. And the snack taco is perfect for our pups.

Was better when they had a salsa bar Vegetarian options: Just have to request no cheese, etc

Most of the times when we have gone in we have been helped by a young man named Isaiah. Now, Isaiah has been friendly, helpful, never messed up our order. And always asks if he can get us anything else. But a few times we have gone in someone named Brenda has helped us. The last time we were there she seemed more concerned with helping her friends and or family who were sitting in the lobby, I guess waiting for her to come sit down and eat with them. (After hearing there conversation) It's upsetting when you go into an establishment and made to feel like you are inconveniencing them. Especially when you are spending money with them. And when you have worked in customer service yourself, it is upsetting to see other employees not doing their jobs and everything seems to fall on one person. Thank you, Isaiah for your great customer service. Everyone at this Del Taco should take lessons from you.

It's a Deltaco, so if you are looking for 5 star 6 is not the place. However, if you want a quick bite to eat, this is the place. The food came out fast and was fresh and hot. Portions were about what I expected. Seems people forget the cost of everything has gone up. Could everything be bigger, sure but then the corporate over lords wouldn't make that profit. Next time you are tempted to take it out on the workers remember they are just doing a job. They don't set the prices or the portions. The staff here were working their buts off but still greeted us. Took our order and had it out quick. The place was clean and looked like every other deltaco.

I put 4 stars only because they forgot my hasbrown sticks. Everything else was just fine. Thanks for asking what sauces i needed.. appreciate you guys, im in the fast food too.
