El Pollo Loco - Las Vegas Strip

Slow, one person making orders, took over 20 mins to receive my order and it wasn't right. Ordered Chicken and Shrimp Tostada all I got was Shrimp. Not what I paid for!

Food was Awesome, had shrimp tacos for lunch and let me tell you good stuff at this location can't forget about the great service by the manager and staff.

Food was so horrible it was all old hard and dry. Chicken was dry you can tell it was from the day before because all the chicken out was being refried in the grill. No fresh chicken cooking . Worst part they turned off the soda machine as I was putting ice.

I want to clarify that I would eat Pollo Loco every day, but my comment is basically because I find it terrible that something is always missing in my food, I always buy at the Drive Thru, so after working 14 hours today and getting home and seeing that something missing from my food is very frustrating, I shop around 2 times a week and I definitely have to ask you to please be more careful.
