This one is the best in San Fernando valley consistently.

I normally love El Pollo Loco but the 3 times I've been to this location not good at all half the time the order's messed up today by far is the worst the chips are still and nasty, The tacos I said to hold celentro add cheese Paid for extra cheese on all tacos they Only put cheese on one taco Half of the taco shells were hard and stale and nasty. I ordered an order of chirrows everywhere else I go you get 2 full sticks this 1 was 1 stick cut in half and I had as a rock. My drink was nothing but ice and maybe 3 swallows of actual drink. I will never go back to this place again I will continue to go to the ones in Henderson where you get good food and friendly service.

When I walked into the restaurant the cashier was putting an order together for a customer. A few minutes later, another employee starting assiting with the order. Two other cashiers arrived, and i waited several minites for one of them to take my order. When I turned to leave, one of them asked if she could take my order, but I walked right out the door. Whatever happened to good customer service? If the employees don't want to work, fire them, because bad customers service is not good for any business.

I visit this location frequently because this place is awesome!!The manager, Nancy runs this place so smoothly that orders get put out on a timely manner and correct! The staff here are trained very good too!!The food here is is fresh, healthy and delicious!! Awesome place to try out, if you haven't visited this location yet.Definitely worth trying it out!!
