El Pollo Loco - Las Vegas Strip

I've only been twice and I won't go again. I thought if I went the second time they would provide me with better food and service but the chicken and the service both were dry... Management just left a message saying let them make it right but I need to remember time and day. I dont got that receipt anymore. So move on.

Got the double chicken bowl. It had a lot of chicken. My friend won 2pc chicken meal for a year (1/wk).

As good as usual, now they offer the Fit Menu to avoid getting decadent without compromising on flavor. It 's hard to believe that a fast food place offers so much heart healthy, and delicious variety. If you are a fried chicken lover, give this grilled chicken a chance, and you will not be disappointed.

This is the best El Pollo Loco I’ve ever visited! Adela and Guadalupe are incredibly sweet and attentive every time I come here, and my food is consistently better than I expect and served quickly! It genuinely feels like a local favorite, thanks to the friendly atmosphere and excellent service. There’s always plenty of parking, and the line moves quickly. I even go out of my way to visit this location!
