Jack In The Box - Las Vegas Strip

This store is consistently lousy. I placed an order via their app today. They didn’t have what I ordered so they replaced it with a lesser burger. I wasn’t tickled but I agreed. When the driver showed up I asked him about our drinks… they never gave them to him. He said the lady working complained she was alone and made him go through the drive through. As she had locked the lobby doors. He said he would be happy to go back for our drinks. He never made it back to us as the restaurant was closed. At 6pm. Now I’m out my money because their app says to contact the store and no answer, surprise. DoorDash can’t refund because we used the Jack In The Box app. Totally unacceptable. I do not recommend this store. Edit: Jack in the Box did issue me a FULL refund. Thanks for making things right.
