Jacob was very nice and attentive. Yogurt reminds me of the 2010 hype, very nostalgic.

The moment I walked in and was looking at the menu the heavyset black lady with short hair behind the counter was already rubbing her face like she was mad she had to work. I proceeded to ask for a 24 ounce and before I even got past those two words she cut me off and said “excuse me. You think you can just walk in my house without saying hi. I don’t think so.” She said it with the most insulting annoyed face and tone I ever heard or saw in all my experience of going to various food establishments.Zero customer service. For a place that promotes good health and wellbeing she needs to get fired because she just promoted the exact opposite. Her attitude was so bad I literally just had to walk out and leave. Please who ever owns this store or manages it please make changes. And if for whatever reason she is the manager she needs coaching or some form of disciplinary action. In my honest opinion she needs to be fired. Ruined my vacation experience in less than 5 minutes.
