We had dinner while visiting Sam's Town casino over the weekend and we had an enjoyable experience, good food, good drinks and the places is fabulous...
Had dinner here 8/8/24 with 13 people. Mine and others pork chops came out like shoe leather. While others said their steak quality was no big deal. When pork chops were brought to the attention of the waiter his response was I guess I 'll never order that A waste of $75 Meanwhile 5 of us came down with stomach cramps and diarrhea. Not worth the price nor the hassle.
I was very disappointed. The bread in the beginning was stale. The ribeye was cooked ok however was very flavorless, I found myself continuously reaching for the salt shaker. And the crème brûlée came out within 2 minutes of me ordering it which means it was sitting around, and it was cold. Might as well have gotten it from the freezer section of the supermarket. And the staff wasn’t very friendly to us, no one smiled no one looked happy at all and it felt like we were out of place. They seemed annoyed and unhappy we were there. The only cute part was outside the restaurant, the cute forest scenery.
Taken to table right away even though we were about 30 minutes early. Very professional server named Mark. All food cooked to perfection. NY steak, thick, tender and excellent. The boneless 16oz, Ribeye, very tender. Side dishes, creamed spinach and mashed sweet potatoes were both cooked perfect and very tasty. Took home one piece of NY cheesecake, thick, moist and excellent.
