Contribuisci feedbackMy order was not ready on time. The girl wearing glasses informed me that my chef was taking his time and that it would be a while. The place was not clean or organized, and the two workers at the front were goofing off. It felt unprofessional. Food rating: 1/5.
The food was just average. Since it's located across the street from the hospital where I work, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the spicy basil chicken and the pork belly gau gee, but both were only okay. The chicken dish didn't contain any actual basil, and most of the peppers were overcooked. Unfortunately, the customer service wasn't much better; both waitresses just stared at me as if they didn't even realize I was there. I doubt I’ll return.
The bartender with the belly button piercing made us feel quite uncomfortable during our visit. She was loudly talking about punching her coworkers and slamming drawers and cabinets in the back. When we arrived, she was hanging out with her friends, which gave the impression that she was trying too hard to appear cool. Throughout our time there, she had an attitude with us and did not seem professional at all.
The service was great. We ordered boba drinks, spam musubi, and Teriyaki chicken musubi. All good. It was clean.Food: 5/5
Boba Hut charges 30% more for uber eats, including pick up orders. It displays in the app as if you are paying just menu prices. Totally dishonest and false advertising
