The manager at 9:33 AM on September 12 was rude both to me and another customer inside. There was no apology whatsoever. It's unfortunate that our family interrupted your time standing around.
I go to chick fil a all the time and I’m so disappointed in this location. They all need retraining. Had to go inside multiple times after going through the drive thru because they forgot multiple items. When I went inside to get my forgotten items they were giving a young man a really hard time about wanting some water. They absolutely refused to give this man water until he paid them for it. They do not hold up to their chick fil a values at this location. I will never be back here! Food was not fresh.
I had the most disappointing experience which I didn't think was possible at a Chick-fil-A. I went through the drive through at 6:30am on Aug. 29, I was the first order.The team member took my order and told me to drive up to the window where I proceeded to wait 15 mins for anyone to come to the second window. I finally called out hello, someone finally came to the window and I asked on the status of my order. The team member in a black shirt which I think indicates management, just looked at me and shut the window again.After about another minute a different team member came to the window and said sorry and handed me my food.When I opened up the item wrapping, it was the most poorly put together breakfast chicken burrito I have ever seen, honestly. It looked so bad I didn't even eat it. Would you, after waiting 15 mins and then have one team member look at you funny and then have another one hand you your food? Uh no. Totally sus.I would have circled around again but at that point I was running late for work and didn't have the time. So I left running late and hungry. Thanks for nothing.I always speak so highly of ChickfilA because their customer service is usually A but sadly not this time. Truly disappointed and not looking forward to returning to this location any time soon, sadly.If you can't muster enough courtesy and friendliness that early in the day, then don't sign up for the early shift, just a thought.
Always missing items. Also, it would not hurt to show some remorse about missing items in an order. It goes a long way as far as customer service.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I was asked to pull up and wait 15 minutes for one meal, while the other two meals I ordered sat in my car and got cold. The fries were stale, and instead of the mac n cheese I requested, they gave me extra fries. Overall, I was not impressed.
