Chili's Grill - Las Vegas

Our server was fantastic! She was very attentive and incredibly kind, even with another large group seated next to us that she was also attending to. They were able to accommodate us at the last minute, which was really appreciated. The food was outstanding. We all ordered drinks, and the bartender kept them flowing nicely. Overall, it was a great experience. The restaurant was clean, and I can confidently say it's the best Chili's in Vegas!

We had to wait some time for a table, despite there being plenty of seats available. It became clear that there were only a few staff members on duty, and they were working hard. We want to give a special shout-out to the entire team who was on shift the evening of March 4th. Their service was attentive and professional, and we appreciated how everyone was doing their best and supporting one another. As always, we've loved Chili's for many years. The food is fantastic, the deals are incredible, and the mixed drinks are delightful.

We returned to our favorite Chili's, which is conveniently located near my home. The Mushroom Swiss Burger was consistently delicious and juicy! We also enjoyed the fried pickles. We decided to start with dessert first—the chocolate melted caramel volcano cake, I believe that’s what it was called. It was absolutely delicious! Yum, yum, yum!

Wait staff was extremely friendly and cocktails were pristine! I went on a Tuesday night and there were about six other families dining. I do feel as though they were a little slow getting food out, considering how slow they were.

I ordered the shrimp fajitas, and unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations. The peppers, onions, and rice were soggy with oil, and the beans didn't taste good at all. The only thing I enjoyed was the shrimp. My wife ordered the chicken crispers, and she felt the same way—they weren't up to par. My grandson had the ultimate smokehouse combination with jalapeño sausage, brisket, and a half rack of house ribs. He's had it before and loved it, but not this time. On a positive note, the service was excellent.
