China One N Durango - Las Vegas

The food is good but the service is bad. Employees are rude and act annoyed everytime. Been here 3x and service was bad each time. We had to clean the table before we sat down. Good thing they have cleaning supplies in the bathroom. The place is dirty the bathroom filthy. Server didn't like the tip we left and asked me why and this is why. I like to tip well but only when we get nice people. Regardless we tip but friendly service gets you more .

Vincent remembers his regular customers. I hung up one time because it kept ringing, and I figured I 'd just wait and place my order later. Vincent called me back and said Linda I 'm sorry, what would you like delivered? He remembers what you order and how you want it.Johnny, who is their delivery guy. Is always courteous and professional.

We stopped here because it was close to home and wanted to check it out. I ordered the wonton soup which tasted like dishwater with a few veggies floating around as well as the wontons and 2 shrimps in it. Thai tea didn't even taste like thai tea either. Highly disappointed and will not go again. To top it off the host seemed a bit standoffish.

Don't bother! We've given this place a chance about 10 times now in the past couple of years. Just can't do it any more. None of their food has any original flavor. I think they keep a huge vat of some tasteless brown sauce that they pour over lots of their dishes. The Won Ton soup is ultra bland, you have to put soy sauce in it to get any flavor. The Pad That Spicy Noodle dish is NOT spicy (I added Go Chu Chang at home), doesn't have the required peanuts and the noodles are completely clumped. My husband does like the House Fried Rice. I've had Chow Mein, Chow Fun, Sweet and Sour Chicken and several other things. ALL BLAND! We won't be going again.

The food from this China One is amazing. The servings are large and the customer service is absolutely wonderful. I never have found any problems with their food or customer service it exceptional. I was addicted to the food, me and my husband were going there every week.
