Del Taco - Las Vegas

This restaurant has truly gone downhill. My second visit was even worse than the first. It seems like the management really needs to step up their game because the staff doesn’t seem to care anymore. The taco shells were stale instead of crisp, and despite requesting extra green sauce for the burritos, there was none at all. The chicken quesadilla was cold and had a strange taste that didn’t even resemble chicken. It seemed like the chicken could have been spoiled. Additionally, the quesadilla wasn't cooked properly, and the meat stuck to the paper, getting stuck between the tortilla and the wrapper. On my first visit, the food was decent—not great—warm, but definitely not hot. Overall, I do not recommend this place.

Service was good. Sodas are expensive. Ouch! The $1 chicken tacos promo they have right now are fantastic!!

Friendly staff. I didn't know a huge covid price increase at this location. Our food was tasty which I usually find at all Del Tacos. Their dining room was clean. It's want crowded and they didn't take long to complete our order. It's conveniently located close to the freeway exit and the Bass Pro shop as you're leaving Las Vegas towards California.

I stopped by for a late lunch around 2:15 PM and found only two other tables occupied. I must warn you—this restaurant is incredibly dirty! During our 45-minute stay, the trash was never cleared, despite the lack of customers. The area in front of and behind the counter was filthy, and there was trash scattered all over the floors. I even had to request that our table be cleaned because it was in such poor condition. If I hadn't been craving Del Taco, I would have left. Corporate really needs to pay a visit to this location!

I came all the way from Texas and it was nasty the fries were cold and th food was not fresh and we were the only people in drive thru and inside so I don't understand
