Domino's Pizza - Las Vegas

I would have rated them a 0, but that option isn't available on the review page. Horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza and was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. After about 20 minutes, I received a call saying they were cancelling deliveries for the night. I asked to speak to the manager, and the girl on the phone claimed to be the manager. When I insisted on speaking to her boss, she passed the phone to someone else who also claimed to be the manager. I expressed my desire to talk to the company's owner, but was told he was out of town and to call back on Friday. The call was then abruptly ended. I will be lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

There is a lot to mention about this restaurant, but I must say I had a terrible experience. The workers do not use gloves, handle dirty dishes, and return to handling food without washing their hands properly. This place needs to be reported. I usually enjoy Domino's, but I don't want to risk getting sick. I hope someone checks the security cameras.

I always have a bad experience at this restaurant, from poorly cooked pizza and wings to receiving cold food. My food has been contaminated three times as well. Despite multiple complaints, the staff has made no effort to improve the situation. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was directed to Troy, who was dismissive and only offered me credit instead of a refund. It's baffling that they expect me to return when my orders are consistently below standard. Even when I tried to complain about Troy's behavior, the staff just laughed and agreed that he was rude. It's clear that even the employees don't like him, which may explain why this restaurant has such a bad reputation.

I love this app. it is easy to order and they can explain difficult instructions. great app!
