Graffiti Bao - Las Vegas

I visited this restaurant on August 20, 2023, only to find that they were closed. There was hardly any furniture or signs of activity inside the shut-down establishment. I am writing this review to prevent anyone from making a wasted trip out there.

This restaurant used to be a fantastic spot for fusion cuisine. However, something has changed recently. The quality of the food has declined, with everything tasting below average. The atmosphere is also lacking, as the metal chairs create a lot of noise whenever someone shifts in their seat. It's a shame to see this decline in what was once a great dining experience.

Service was excellent! Atmosphere was decent very slow shop was empty. I went there try their scallions pancakes with burrata. Pancakes was for me little bit more salty but good. Chili sauce on the side cause I don't like spicy. Unfortunately dumplings was awful. Dumpling as the dough was very good but filling bad no good at all. Beef version was spicy I couldn't eat it. BBQ pork was just super sweet red sauce no any other flavor. One start for the dumplings. Two and half for the pancakes. Five start for service .

Shocked this place is even in business. Got the buns, garlic noodles and pancakes. All of it had no taste and over greasy. Wow.
