Hayashi Japanese Cuisine - Las Vegas

We tried this restaurant on Saturday, assuming it was like other buffet restaurants. But surprisingly, NOT AT ALL! We ordered everything we liked and every dish was made on spot. This is exactly like other high end restaurants. The sashimi and sushi are very fresh, Helen, the owner greeted each single guest friendly and professionally. The price was so reasonable for what we’ve got!It was so good and we came back again the very next day! We already recommended the restaurant to all our friends. It will definitely be on our ‘must do’ list for Las Vegas trip

Slowest AYCE I have ever experienced, we ordered three half rolls, some sashimi and some oysters. An hour later we were still waiting on items, asked the server and he responded “they will come in their own time”. Gave up and went to eat somewhere else.Reservations are also a farce, you sign a waitlist when you arrive. Reservations have no value

It was lovely and fun. I got to try so many things and everything I had was great. The waiters there were some of the nicest I’ve come across. They stay attending to you even if u don’t ask they will just to make sure your having a good time

Great variety on menu. Fish is fresh which is the most important thing. Pay the extra to get sashimi so you don’t fill up on the rice. Pitcher of beer for is also great value

I have been here several times. A great value, and bigger selection of food than anyplace else. Upscale interior, elegant. I always get the dinner as it includes sashimi
