Who is your caterer?!!! n This is one of the best desserts I 've ever had! n The gazpacho is out of this world. n nThese are just of sampling of the many compliments I received from my guests at the party that Indulge Catering catered for me. n nI found Nick through a web search and hired Indulge Catering to cater a special surprise birthday party that turned into a pop-up wedding and Nick was not fazed by any of it. n nFrom our initial consultation to the final clean-up of the party, Nick and his team were absolute professionals. During our first chat he impressed me by asking questions to understand the kind of food I wanted for my party. My then boyfriend is of Cuban descent and is a lover of beef. He listened regarding my budget and was helpful making cost saving suggestions while balancing items on which cost should not be scrimped. He put together a menu that reflected exactly the tastes of the guest of honor and that I immediately agreed with. The menu included, leche de Tigre, shrimp ceviche with corn tostadas, tomato-watermelon gazpacho, scallop scampi, grilled prime tenderloin and mango trifle. This was an elevated buffet that looked as good as the food tasted. Every component of the menu was outstanding and my guests complimented the food throughout the party and in the days following the event. n nI would not hesitate to refer or work with Nick again.

Nick was an amazing chef and host!!! What I described that I wanted for my dinner, Birthday cake and brunch was perfectly executed. He does it all. The food was spectacular and made my birthday dinner a night to remember. Oh and was priced properly!! Thanks again for everything

Chef Nick and his team were AAAAAmazing!! The service is unmatched, the way he displays the food for guests is beautiful and the food hands down speaks for itself. I will never use anyone else for an event whether it is for work or personal event. I loved working with them. Panning a friend's 40th Birthday Party is stressful. We needed a Chef we could count on and we found him! What an amazing experience with Chef Nick and his team! He was extremely responsive, providing details on his food, estimates of costs and the overall process and even assisted in menu suggestions for a group of very finicky eaters. Even when a possible scheduling conflict impacted our date, he worked with us to coordinate options and alternatives. He came early, set up and worked tirelessly for hours. The food was AMAZING! Presentation was on point. The hors d'oeuvres and entrees were both beautiful and delicious, exceeding our expectations. Chef Nick even did all the dishes and clean up afterwards himself, making our event both memorable and smooth! I would hire him to cook for our family every day if I could! We WILL book him and his team again soon! Thank you for making our event spectacular!
