Le Cirque - Las Vegas

My meal at Le Cirque was one of the greatest of my life. There are several dining experiences I have been lucky enough to have and this is absolutely in the top 5. I love the whimsical decor which extends all the way from the draped ceiling to the plating choices. The service was impeccable, our waiter took the time to tell us about every single dish, including the ingredients and backstory, as well as going above and beyond in many ways. When I mentioned that the bread was delicious he brought me a take home box with bread in it for later. He brought out the Le Cirque cookbook for me to look through when I had some questions about recipes and the story behind them. He truly made the meal for us. The food was absolutely delicious, just thinking about it now makes me sad that I'm not there right now. We were given several amuse-bouches through out the meal that complimented the dishes and cleansed our palate for the next course. Their risotto was out of this world, I'm not sure I'll ever have a better one. We were even given little chocolates in boxes to take home at the end of the meal. My entire family had a wonderful time and I highly recommend visiting and having an amazing meal!

We had the greatest culinary experience in le cirque! do not miss this special place! not only eating delicious and stunning, but the entire staff has a chemistry that increases the entire experience. from the minute we went, we were made to feel welcome and special. the sommelier has done a fantastic work to take their time with us, to answer our questions and to explain the wee she introduced to us. we had cocktails at the bar before dinner, which were absolutely delicious! many thanks to a gabriel, martin, tom and the entire staff for a very special evening that will not forget! we look forward to returning the next time we are in vegas.

We had a great time, quiet location and delicious food! I am milk allergic and they have easily taken me with small adjustments and without loss of experience for me! I loved the lobster salad and the melone with espelette pfeffer (although I enjoyed everything well! . the wine pairing was perfect and the quantities were more than enough. I'd like to come back!

One of the most unforgettable dinners of my life. this is not only an evening meal it is an experience where their taste buds are taken on an amazing journey from layered aromes and textures. the restaurant is beautifully decorated and colorful, the personal could be?t nicer and more professional, and eating is exquisite. they have a possibility of an 8- or 5-course pre-fix menu, so they come hungry. the portions are small, as expected in every French restaurant eating fine, and at the end of the meal, they are not overwhelmed. everything is perfectly planned to have an unforgettable culinary experience.

Extraordinary! the service, quality, performance and presentation was phenomenal. Moreover, this is one of the most beautiful furnished and decorated dining rooms I have ever seen. Overall, this is one of the most beautiful culinary experiences that you can find in las vegas with a motiw that leaves an eternal impression.
