Little Caesars Pizza - Las Vegas

Nice, quick and easy service. ordered online and didn't have to wait to talk to someone. Pizza was great.

This little Caesars on Craig road really sucks everytime I go here! The last time I went I ordered online as usual and still had to wait an extra 45 minutes.. they had a bite in the door saying online orders only until 6 pm it was 730 when I did my order online this was a hand written note so no one that ordered online would be able to see this note until you came to pick up your pizza! The door was locked and she said we are not taking anymore orders I told her I already ordered she said it would be another hour I should have read the sign. What? I could I read the sign if I ordered from home I asked how come the website is still taking orders.? She just asked my name told me to come back in an hour. I was so mad but couldn't cancel my pizza because online it showed that my pizza was ready for pick up . This place needs a new manager or someone that knows how to run a pizza place. I will say my pizza was hot had lots of cheese and tasted like a good little Caesars pizza taste. Which is pretty good for a cheap pizza. Is it worth wait. Well it's not THAT good!

Today I waited for a pizza for 2 hours! These people have to be fired right away. In our work line TIME=MONEY. Do not assign this location. People waited. You have to let all of them go.

Over the past six months, I have seen this location from a fast franchise to the slowest, unorganized Little Caesars in Las Vegas. twice I ordered online and both times I waited 20 minutes before pickup time.

You do not have any kind of customer service functions. I had an order to the house today. You did not deliver the complete order. No big deal, right? I called this place to refund my card for the articles that are missing. The person I talked to, let me get my manager. He didn't arrest me, he just left the phone so I heard what was going on in the background. After I was stopped for 15 minutes, I finally got up. This place has this kind of problem all the time. I wouldn't recommend this place.
