Noodle Pot - Las Vegas

I recommend this restaurant for a family lunch. The lady at the counter welcomed us promptly and handed us the menu once we selected our seats. We ordered the cucumber, beef noodles, beef roll, and pork over rice. The plum juice is refreshing and perfect for hot weather. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I visited for brunch and discovered a true gem. This restaurant offers authentic Taiwanese cuisine and provides outstanding service. It surpasses the other Taiwanese cafés in the same plaza.

Everything here is bursting with flavor; the noodles, the meat, and even the veggies each bring their own unique tastes to the dish. The beef roll is particularly impressive, with a fantastic seasoning and tasty sauce inside. These meals are satisfying without leaving you feeling overly stuffed. Overall, you’ll leave feeling good and eager to return!

Love this hole in the wall! Feels like home haha. It's not the cleanest joint but the food is banging. Service is sooo nice and super quick! I have gotten the beef noodle soup here and just be aware that it's more mysterious type of meats but I like dat. This time I got the beef stew and added tendon. Oh my golly this was bomb. So rich and savory. I love the sauce with the rice. So much umami and the texture with the tender beef and nice tendon. Delicious. I added some black vinegar and that added a nice earthy acidity to it!

Came to this restaurant due to recommendations from others. We arrived at lunch and were able to grab some seats. The restaurant was busy at that time with both local and visiting Chinese as well as a small smattering of tourist. They offer a wide assortment of foods and even have pictures posted throughout the restaurant to help you see and decide what it is you want to eat. The staff is also bilingual, so no worries that you will not be understood if you do not speak Chinese. We ordered the Simmered pig feet and dumplings. The Simmered pig feet were amazing. Cooked to perfection, soft and fall off the bone delicious. The dumplings were also quite good, However, compared to the pigs feet we ate just good. There were as I mentioned a large number of local and visiting Chinese patrons who were very complimentary of the food . The price was excellent and there adequate parking. Be aware lunch time is very hectic and so I suggest you come early of after lunch if you want to try out this hidden gem.
