Nordstrom Marketplace Cafe - Las Vegas

There's always a good number of staff available, and I enjoy the upscale cafeteria atmosphere. During my latest visit, I ordered a side of roasted vegetables and an iced tea. Although the roasted veggies are technically a side dish that comes with steak, the staff was happy to accommodate my request for just the vegetables since I don’t eat meat. And let me tell you, the roasted veggies were delicious! They also offer several salads that can be made vegan. As for the service, it was excellent, as usual. My waiter was very attentive, catering to my needs promptly. The only reasons I didn't give the café a five-star rating are that, firstly, there are no vegan options on the menu, although they are willing to accommodate requests. I feel that since it's Nordstrom and we're in 2018, it would be great to see some vegan items included on the menu. Secondly, I noticed that the windowsill facing the Wynn often has a thin layer of dust. I can't help but think the staff sees it too, and a quick wipe down would make the dining experience much more pleasant, especially when you're seated by the windows. Despite these minor concerns, I will definitely continue to visit this café whenever I'm at Nordstrom in the Fashion Show Mall, and I hope that one day they'll expand their menu to include vegan options. Keeping my fingers crossed!

On my latest visit, I was just looking for a light snack since I had dinner planned a few hours later. I tried their famous tomato soup, which comes with a garlicky crostini. The soup has a slight creaminess that I really enjoyed. Normally, I'm not a fan of tomato soup, but this one was divine. I completely understand its popularity. I only ordered a cup, which was sufficient to satisfy my craving, but I would have loved to have a whole bowl. My friend ordered the Shrimp and Arugula Salad. I'm not sure if it’s exclusive to the Vegas location, but it’s not available at my usual Nordstrom (sad face). It features crispy polenta croutons and a lovely creamy herb dressing. Prices are reasonable, and while customer service is decent—good, but not exceptional, as you might expect from Nordstrom—I've never had a bad experience. At this particular location, you grab a tray, make your selections, and pay upfront; they then give you a number and bring your food to your table. You can also order extra items from your server, and they will still provide a check at the end of your meal even if you didn’t add anything, so I try to keep some cash on hand for tips. While the decor aims for an upscale vibe, it feels a bit outdated. However, for dining in Vegas, you can’t beat the quality or the prices.

This little restaurant is located on the third floor inside Nordstrom at the Fashion Mall. If you are tired of Junk food and is craving for Real food and Delicious pastries you found the place. A friend of mine told me about it. Great selection of pasta, quiche, salads, sandwiches, soupes and pastries. Service is excellent, staff very helpful. As you order, they will prepare your order! I got the asparagus quiche, with a side of arugula. A tomato basil soup. I had to have their Raspberry bar... Brownie is moist and good but too chocolate sugary for me. The coconut bar is yummy as well. The quiche crust is so so delicious!!! As much I like some french restaurants in town, whoever prepare the quiche crust BRAVO it's the closest to french quiche!!! The raspberry bar is to die for. Flavorful, buttery, moist (sometime I just go get 2 or 3 not telling the husband lol You order and you pay, you pick where you like to sit and a waiter will take care of you. They are super efficient, nice and polite! We love to come here to eat a bite after some crazy shopping : Bon appétit!

A great alternative for brunch! If you're searching for a quality yet affordable spot during the day while saving your money for the night out, this is the place to go. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, especially by Vegas standards. My friends really enjoyed their meals. I highly recommend the Santa Fe chicken sandwich!

I've been a fan of Nordys cafe since I was in high school.. yes so BOOGEE that I came here with my friends after school lol. But not that often and even now not that often... but their tomato soup is always a treat! If you want a fairly calm place to eat and unwind come enjoy a salad, hot entree, or chefs special and finish off with some dessert! This place is a classic and you'll never be dissatisfied with the service or quality. You WILL see lots of men sitting alone here while waiting for their wives to finish shopping.. just an FYI ;
