Papa John's Pizza - Las Vegas

This restaurant is not worth it. Avoid going here and try another place instead. Don't bother calling because they just let it ring and then hang up without answering. Save your time and avoid the disappointment.

As a visitor from New Orleans traveling in Vegas, I ordered several pizzas for the tour but was not aware that I needed military credentials to pick up my order. Unfortunately, I had already paid for it. I called the restaurant and they said they would deliver it to the tour bus. I have been waiting here for 45 minutes and still haven't received my order.

Manager is rude. she will talk about her instead of listening to her. my order was delivered 15 minutes before delivery, so I had every right to call and find out what the problem is like. Instead of listening to my thinking, the manager spoke and spoke and spoke. she never addressed my concern and once I was finally irritated and asked her o hear her hanged. bad customer service and it has to be fired.

The wait times at this restaurant are absolutely ridiculous. I had to wait for 2 hours, and the staff on the phone were unhelpful. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had from Papa John's.

Update: I got to speak with a manager and she gave me credit for my next order.2nd time I try this location. I knew I should have trusted my gut. Missing items, replaced my pepsi with lemonade (no one called to check if it was okay, no one has touched it they can come and get it I called so many times and no answer! Same as the first time so they can't excuse that it is super bowl. Sent a message to the manager hopefully someone will call me back. One can only hope!!!
