PBR Rock Bar & Grill - Las Vegas

What a successful weekend indeed! Celebrating with some of my faves and decided to come to PBR Rock Bar on the strip.

I stopped here with my bridesmaids because the lines at the other restaurants were too long.

We 3 women friends stopped here to eat because the outside (with NO TV, people watching, and not dark like inside) looked inviting.

This could be a gem of a place but the night we dined, they were short on waitstaff , the food took a long time to get to our table and then seemed overdone. Unfortunately, it was too cold, otherwise, this looks like the perfect place for sitting outside on the patio with a view of the river, open air and energetic city vibes.

Food was not hot, luke warm at best. Server couldn't answer simple questions about the menu or the fireworks cruise after dinner. Very disappointed with the whole meal. Fireworks we're awesome!
