P.f. Chang's Town Square Las Vegas

I have a gluten allergy, and in my experience, it’s difficult to find a place that takes this seriously. I loved the communication between our waiter/server and the chef. I did not have any cross contamination or illness after eating here! Very friendly, patient with all of my questions and great food! Will definitely be dining here again

Chang is always totally reliable and this experience was no exception
