Rosina - Las Vegas

The bar was closed when we arrived for our reservation. We returned later, and they mentioned that OpenTable might not have their updated hours. It looked beautiful, but we were unable to enter due to capacity limitations. I’m not trying to leave a negative review, but there wasn't an option to select N/A.

This is a really cool bar with a lively atmosphere, although it can be a bit noisy due to the background music. Located right off the casino floor, it offers a fantastic ambiance. The cocktails are great, but the only downside is the price.

It took about 15 minutes for our waitress to come over. When she finally did, she said she would return with water. Another 15 minutes passed before she brought the water and menus. After another 10 minutes, she returned to take our order, and then we had to wait another 15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. It’s also worth noting that no food is available at this bar—not even snacks. We inquired about food and were told there was none. The waitress explained that she was filling in for someone else and typically didn’t work at this bar. It seemed like she was the only one working, and she was doing her best. We felt a bit bad for her, but after waiting an hour and a half for just one drink, we decided to give up and head to our rooms. The drinks we did have were excellent, and the waitress was very pleasant and helpful. We could have stayed longer, but the overall experience was quite frustrating.

Service outstanding and drinks were creative. The server was on top of her game and the mixologists were fun to watch.

Open Table booking did not indicate that to get the champagne and chocolate special you had to book it in advance. So, we were disappointed when we arrived after a show and were told we couldn 't get what we 'd been looking forward to. The manager offered to see if they had any downstairs but we declined. Also, it didnt matter that we had reservations as we were told to just sit anywhere. We arrived on a Friday night at 10 PM for reference. The champagne was good and priced similar to other bars in town. We sat in a booth in a corner and it was really quiet and private, even as Rosina got busier. Overall, I 'd go back...just better informed.
