Sage Aria - Las Vegas

It was a perfect experience, but unfortunately, they are now out of business.

Eating is unbelievable: from the aromes to the creativity and presentation, eating is fantastic. I wish I could say the same thing about the service. as a director of the hospitality itself, I tend to notice asspects of the right or bad service, and unfortunately is full of them. the hostesses were beautiful and welcoming, and the ambiente and the facility are beautiful. the server was approx. 12 minutes too late on our table (the time that we both use the w.c, and when he came by, there was no introduction of himself yet a greeting, but do they prefer to know what they want to order? if they're looking for great food, then they'll say enjoy, but don't get all dressed-up think it'll be a pleasant dining room experience.

It's fantastic! While I can't give it a full 5 stars because everything in Vegas tends to be quite pricey, it truly is incredible and worth every penny. Don't miss out on dining here!

Everything about saying is perfect! great ambiente, wonderful and knowledgeable service, eating is excellent. we have the strip steak and filet and they were perfectly cooked and super delicate. a thing to note is that the strip steak is huge! it can be divided in any case between 2 people. the iberico swarm was a medley of perfectly paired means of life. the black self melted in her mouth. the wine selection is perfect. not a complain about the evening and look forward to back!

We did the vegan tasting menu and it was perfect with wine pairing where the sommelier came by to discuss each choice. We have only been doing vegan for a while and I was skeptical but this exceeded all expectations.
