Scarpetta - Las Vegas

Started our jubilee trip with dinner at scarpetta and it was the perfect meal to start the trip. fresh ingredients, incredible pasta and good drinks. recommend the hot honey margarita. our meal was also highlighted by large service by luis. great night.

The restaurant is very nice with great views. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious.

The ambiance at this restaurant is exactly what you would expect from Scott Conan. It has a touch of the rustic charm, but with a modern twist. We opted for the tasting menu with a substitution, and although they had removed the octopus, they were very accommodating and included it for us. The spaghetti was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked pasta that had a fantastic chewy texture. The bronzino had a crispy skin and was filled with a delightful mix of rosemary and pine nuts. Each course was fabulous and generously portioned. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I have been dining at Scarpetta for the past eight years. Every time we visit Las Vegas for a special weekend, we make sure to have a meal here. The food is always delicious, the staff is friendly and efficient, and the views are amazing (be sure to request a window seat).

Great evening. Seated in booth with view of the Bellagio fountains. Norman the sommelier helped us pick a wonderful Super Tuscan wine. Rob took great care of us. Appetizer list was so excellent, we split four appetizers. All wonderful.
